1. Appointments & Cancellations
 
HIFU Facelift operates with certified practitioners who follow strict treatment and safety protocols. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the same practitioner will be available for future or ongoing appointments.
 
Consultations may be recorded strictly for safety, training, and insurance compliance. No client images or visuals are saved. All consultation data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UK data protection regulations, and is routinely deleted on a weekly cycle.
 
If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. A reminder email will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment to allow time for changes.
Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Missed sessions within a prepaid course will be deducted from your package.
 
Appointments are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other client.
 
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact the HIFU Facelift clinic where your appointment was booked and speak directly with a staff member.
Voicemails will not be accepted.
 
Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete required documentation. Consultation forms sent in advance must be completed before arrival. Incomplete paperwork may shorten your treatment time.
 
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment session or full loss of the appointment, with no refunds provided. A new deposit will be required for future bookings.
 
HIFU Facelift reserves the right to cancel or delay appointments without advance notice due to unforeseen operational or clinical circumstances.
 
Clients must follow all preparation instructions provided before their treatment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, reduced treatment time, or additional charges.
 
Prepaid treatments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another treatment of equal or greater value if you choose not to proceed.
 
Clients who become pregnant after booking treatments will receive a credit on their account, valid for two years.
 
2. Payments, Deposits & Advance Purchases
 
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This amount is deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.
 
Unless prepaid, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment by card or cash.
 
Payments made in advance are non-refundable, except where medical unsuitability is confirmed in writing by a GP.
 
All courses and multi-session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
If you attend a consultation but decide not to proceed, the deposit remains non-refundable.
 
Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of the deposit and may incur an additional charge.
 
3. Treatment Courses
 
All treatment courses must be paid in full before the first session.
 
Treatments must be used or booked within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining treatments after this period will be forfeited.
 
Results vary based on lifestyle, diet, hydration levels, age, and individual health conditions. Failure to follow aftercare guidance or recommended treatment plans may affect results.
 
4. Suitability for Treatment
 
Your suitability for treatment will be assessed during the consultation. If treatment is deemed unsuitable, reasons will be explained. Only the consultation fee (if applicable) will be payable.
 
5. Refusal of Treatment
 
HIFU Facelift reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time.
 
Failure to disclose relevant medical information, medications, or conditions may result in refusal of treatment and may incur a cancellation charge.
 
6. Liability
 
HIFU Facelift is not liable for any economic loss, including loss of income or business, nor for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to our services.
 
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information. We are not responsible for injuries, reactions, or complications arising from failure to disclose conditions or medications.
 
By undergoing treatment, clients agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.
 
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
 
7. Customer Concerns
 
If you experience concerns or service issues, please contact us using our official contact form.
We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for a response.
 
8. Promotions, Special Offers & Vouchers
 
Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers and apply only to the full RRP.
 
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss your appointment, the voucher is forfeited. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a voucher booking. All management decisions are final.
 
Free promotional treatments:
•are non-transferable,
•are non-refundable,
•must be used during the same booked appointment,
•cannot be split across multiple visits.
 
If you choose not to receive a free promotional treatment, the package price does not change.
 
Free treatments may be exchanged for an equivalent service during the same appointment, such as:
•Radiofrequency Chin
•Radiofrequency Neck
•Radiofrequency Hands
•Supersonic Cavitation (for same area as fat freeze where applicable)
 
9. Communications With Third Parties
 
HIFU Facelift and its directors reserve the right to charge a fee for responding to requests from third parties, including solicitors, government agencies, image rights companies, or regulatory bodies.
 
By engaging with the company, you agree that fees may apply and will be invoiced accordingly.
 
10. Deposits
 
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where medical unsuitability is confirmed by a GP in writing.
 
Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of deposit and may incur an additional charge.
 
11. Form Submissions & Data Storage
 
When you make an enquiry through our website, your information is securely stored.
 
You may receive occasional updates, offers, or clinic information. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails.
 
HIFU Facelift will never share your personal information with third parties.
 
12. Internal Data Policy
 
We use your booking information to assist with reservations, follow-up care, support, and service reminders.
 
If you experience issues booking online, we may contact you by call or text.
 
We may contact you regarding promotions or aftercare guidance.
If you do not wish to receive communications, please contact us to opt out.
 
13. Social Media Requirement for Free Treatments
 
Clients receiving free promotional treatments must follow at least one official social media page for HIFU Facelift (Facebook or Instagram).
 
This supports our client community and ensures access to exclusive updates and offers.
 
14. Governing Law
 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
